The Roman philosopher Cicero said, \u201cTo be ignorant of what occurred before you were born is to remain always a child.\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.churchofjesuschrist.org\/study\/general-conference\/2022\/04\/36renlund?lang=eng#note36\"><sup>36<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0He was, of course, referring to secular history, but his astute observation can be expanded. We live as perpetual children if we are ignorant of the eternal perspective gained in temples. There we grow up in the Lord, \u201creceive a fulness of the Holy Ghost,\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.churchofjesuschrist.org\/study\/general-conference\/2022\/04\/36renlund?lang=eng#note37\"><sup>37<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0and become more fully committed as disciples of the Savior.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.churchofjesuschrist.org\/study\/general-conference\/2022\/04\/36renlund?lang=eng#note38\"><sup>38<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0As we keep our covenants, we receive God\u2019s power in our lives.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.churchofjesuschrist.org\/study\/general-conference\/2022\/04\/36renlund?lang=eng#note39\"><sup>39<\/sup><\/a> \u2013 <em>Dale G.
